WaterGuard was installed along the entire perimeter of the basement. This system intercepts water before it can enter the basement space, directing it to the sump pump for removal from the home. To ensure proper drainage, WaterGuard was placed over a bed of crushed stone and then cemented in place after successful flood testing.

TrenchDrain

Our TrenchDrain surface drainage system was installed in areas where WaterGuard was not feasible, such as in front of the basement door entrance. This system effectively collects surface water from the basement floor and integrates seamlessly with the WaterGuard system, creating a unified channel for directing water to the sump pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier

The TripleSafe Sump Pump system is an ideal solution for managing high water volumes. It comprises a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump, ensuring continuous water removal even during power outages. The SaniDry XP Dehumidifier is highly efficient, extracting moisture and replacing it with clean, dry air that is distributed throughout the home.

IceGuard

Water is expelled from the home via a discharge line. IceGuard is installed on the discharge line as it exits the home to prevent freezing. This precaution eliminates the risk of the discharge line clogging, backing up, and subsequently flooding the basement.
