SuperSump Sump Pump
The SuperSump Sump Pump is equipped with a highly rated 1/3 HP Zoeller pump, ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency. This durable system is engineered to relieve sub-floor pressure and efficiently direct water away from the foundation. Additionally, its airtight lid helps to prevent humidity in the basement.
Interior Discharge Line
Water is expelled from the home via a discharge line, which exits through the home's siding.
IceGuard
As the discharge line extends to the exterior of the home, an IceGuard system was installed to ensure continuous water flow, even during freezing conditions. This installation further protects the basement from flooding by preventing any potential blockages in the discharge line.
Bubbler Pot
A bubbler pot was installed at the terminus of the discharge line to enhance the efficiency of water drainage into the soil, thereby preventing water accumulation on the lawn's surface.
