The concrete around the basement perimeter was removed to facilitate the installation of our WaterGuard system. Positioned atop the foundation footing, this system intercepts water before it can penetrate the basement area.

Once the WaterGuard system is installed and flood tested, it is cemented into the foundation.
WaterGuard Connect to Existing Sump Pump
Our WaterGuard system integrates seamlessly with the existing sump pump setup. Water intercepted by the WaterGuard system is channeled to the sump pump, which then efficiently expels it from the home.
