SmartJacks
We replaced the deteriorating support columns with our SmartJack system. Constructed from galvanized steel, SmartJacks offer exceptional load-bearing capabilities, ensuring permanent floor stabilization. The SmartJacks were meticulously adjusted to the appropriate height and securely anchored into the foundation, providing enhanced support and precise floor leveling.
UltraSump Sump Pump
The UltraSump Sump Pump was installed to replace the previous unit, ensuring efficient water removal during periods of high influx, such as heavy rainstorms. Equipped with a battery-powered backup system, the UltraSump guarantees continuous and reliable water removal even during power outages.
IceGuard
Water is expelled from the basement through a discharge line. Upon reaching the exterior of the home, IceGuard is installed to ensure unobstructed water flow in the event of a clog or freeze in the discharge line. This system provides an additional layer of protection against basement flooding.
Bubbler Pot
A bubbler pot is installed at the terminus of the discharge line to facilitate efficient water drainage into the soil, preventing surface puddling on the lawn. The discharge line is subsequently buried, maintaining the lawn's aesthetic appeal.
