TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump system had been previously installed in the home and was operating optimally. However, due to the extensive size of the basement and the high water table surrounding it, the system was unable to capture all the water. To ensure the basement remained consistently dry, the installation of a perimeter drainage system was essential.
WaterGuard
"Concrete along the entire perimeter of the basement was removed to facilitate the installation of the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard intercepts water entering the basement due to hydrostatic pressure before it infiltrates the basement space, channeling it directly to the sump pump for efficient removal from the home.
TrenchDrain
TrenchDrain, a surface drainage system, was employed to redirect water around immovable utilities, such as the water heater. TrenchDrain seamlessly integrates with the WaterGuard system, creating a unified pathway for water to be efficiently channeled to the sump pump system.
TrenchDrain in Front of Stairs
TrenchDrain was also installed in front of the doorway to create a continuous and efficient pathway for water to travel.
Star Pipe
Star Pipe was employed to connect the drainage system to the sump pump liner, enhancing drainage efficiency in the basement area with significant ledge. All of our drainage systems integrate seamlessly. As water accumulates in the TripleSafe Sump Pump's liner, a trio of pumps activates accordingly to ensure optimal water removal. This system remains effective even during power outages, thanks to its battery-backup feature.
