SuperSump
The SuperSump Sump Pump efficiently manages water ingress as it enters its liner. This system is equipped with a robust Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of displacing 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head.
IceGuard
Water is expelled from the home via a discharge line. As this line extends to the exterior, IceGuard is installed as a precautionary measure to prevent clogging. While such blockages are rare, this addition ensures that the waterproofing system remains reliable, offering homeowners peace of mind that their garage will not experience flooding.
Bubbler Pot
A bubbler pot was installed at the terminus of the discharge line to facilitate efficient water drainage into the soil. This installation prevents surface puddling and mitigates soil saturation, ensuring a well-maintained lawn.
