WaterGuard
WaterGuard was installed along the basement perimeter to intercept water at the footing level before it infiltrates the basement space. The captured water is then directed to the sump pump for efficient removal from the home.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump features a sophisticated three-pump system that activates based on varying levels of water influx. This system includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump, ensuring continuous protection against leaks and floods, even during power outages.
IceGuard
Water is expelled from the home via a discharge line. As the discharge line extends to the exterior of the home, IceGuard is installed as a failsafe to prevent clogs, particularly those caused by ice during freezing temperatures. At the end of the discharge line, LawnScape is installed to efficiently disperse water, preventing puddling.
