Our WaterGuard® perimeter drainage system is installed along the interior edge of the basement to intercept water at its entry point. Positioned on top of the footing, it channels water directly to the sump pump for efficient removal. Once in place, the system is permanently integrated into the foundation floor with a clean, cemented finish.

Our TrenchDrain® surface drainage system was strategically installed to redirect water around fixed utilities, ensuring unobstructed flow. This system seamlessly integrates with WaterGuard®, creating a unified channel that directs water efficiently to the sump basin for removal.

TrenchDrain was also installed in front of the basement entrance to prevent water from entering through the entrance.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
The TripleSafe® Sump Pump System is engineered for maximum protection, featuring three pumps: a primary pump for everyday performance, a secondary pump for high-volume situations, and a battery-powered backup to keep water removal consistent-even during power outages. This layered approach ensures reliable basement protection under any conditions.
IceGuard Discharge Line Blockage Prevention
Water is discharged from the home through a buried line for a clean, unobtrusive finish. To prevent backups caused by ice or other obstructions, an IceGuard® anti-freeze device is installed on the discharge line, ensuring continuous water flow even in freezing conditions. At the termination point, a bubbler pot disperses water efficiently underground, preventing surface pooling and protecting lawn aesthetics.
SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier
The SaniDry XP Dehumidifier delivers superior performance in regulating indoor humidity and maintaining an optimal climate. Equipped with an integrated condensate pump, it efficiently removes collected moisture by directing it away from the home, creating an autonomous cleanup process.
