The initial contact was handled by our experienced Customer Care Specialist, who promptly scheduled an inspection. During this inspection, our System Design Specialist Bill Picard from the sales team conducted a comprehensive evaluation, carefully pinpointing the areas in need of repair and designing the most effective strategy to address the problem. To resolve the issue, our production team utilized the PolyLevel® system, known for its precision and effectiveness in lifting and leveling sunken concrete. The process involved drilling small holes into the concrete slabs surrounding the pool. Through these small, pea-sized holes, high-strength polyurethane foam was expertly injected. This material expands to fill voids beneath the slab, stabilizing, lifting, and leveling the concrete to its original position.

Upon completion of the work, the pool area was both functional and much safer. We diligently ensured that the project's conclusion was marked by a clean worksite, with all remnants of our process meticulously removed.
