A detached garage in Brookline, New Hampshire had its sinking foundation repaired by EFS. The left side of the garage was lifted and stabilized by using Push Piers. After the foundation was stabilized the homeowner noticed that the garage slab was still not 100% level. Our PolyLevel team arrived onsite to lift and level the slab in the garage. The team injected PolyLevel into small portholes that will fill the void under the slab and slowly lift the until it is level.
Before the intervention, this Litchfield resident's garage floor was a worrying sight, sporting unsettling cracks and a decidedly unlevel surface. However, as you can see in the after photo, we surpassed expectations. Employing PolyLevel for an even, robust lift and NexusPro for sealing the deal on those cracks, we not only addressed the unsightly and unsafe but paved their way to a garage they can be proud of once again. Their peace of mind is our top priority, and the transformation speaks volumes—proof of our commitment to durable, effective solutions.
A homeowner in North Graton, Massachusetts, had found large cracks in their garage that are from the settlement. Our production team installed PolyLevel, NexusPro, and concrete patchwork inside the garage to prevent further settlement and to improve the overall aesthetic of the garage.
This homeowner has noticed cracks in their garage slab since they purchased their home 2 years ago. The problem has gotten worse since owning the home. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended using PolyLevel to level the garage slab and then using NexusPro to seal all of the cracks in the garage.
