Sinking Pool Deck
The concrete pool deck began to crack and settle away from the pool structure due to the formation of voids beneath the slab. These voids typically develop when underlying soils become unstable-often from erosion, poor compaction, or water migration-leaving the concrete unsupported and prone to sinking and fracturing.
Concrete Leveling and Sealing
PolyLevel™-a high‑density, structural polyurethane foam-was injected beneath the settled concrete slab to lift, level, and permanently stabilize it. Once the affected section was restored to its proper elevation, additional PolyLevel™ material was injected beneath the remaining areas of the pool deck to proactively fill any existing voids and prevent future settlement. After stabilization, SealantPro™ was applied to the concrete surface. This advanced penetrating sealant forms a durable chemical bond with the slab, significantly increasing its resistance to water intrusion, pool chemicals, and general wear. Together, these solutions provide a long‑lasting, comprehensive approach to protecting and preserving the integrity of the pool deck.
Concrete Crack Sealant
NexusPro™ is a professionally engineered joint and crack sealant designed to withstand environmental stressors that typically break down standard caulks, including prolonged UV exposure and extreme temperature fluctuations. Once applied to the concrete cracks, NexusPro™ creates a flexible, long‑lasting barrier that prevents water infiltration. By stopping moisture from penetrating the slab, it helps eliminate the underlying erosion and soil washout that contribute to future settling.
