Uneven Walkway
In the photo, you can see that several concrete slabs have settled and shifted, creating uneven surfaces and noticeable trip hazards. The homeowner, concerned about the increased risk of falls as he got older, needed a reliable concrete‑leveling solution to restore both the safety and usability of the walkway.
Slab Jacks
Slab jacks were employed to precisely realign the concrete slabs to their intended elevations
Polyurethane Foam Injection
High‑density PolyLevel polyurethane foam was injected beneath the concrete to remediate subsurface voids. While the slab jacks held the panels at the desired elevation, the material expanded to occupy the voids and deliver uniform lifting and long‑term stabilization.
Concrete and Joint Sealant
NexusPro joint sealant was applied to all concrete joints to prevent moisture intrusion and protect the underlying soils from erosion. SealantPro was then applied to the concrete surface to create a protective barrier against water penetration and harsh chemicals, supporting long‑term durability. The product appears green during application and cures to a clear finish.
