Settling Pool Deck
Subsurface voids beneath the pool deck compromised the soil support, resulting in settlement of the concrete slabs to elevations below the pool coping.
Slab Jacks
Slab jacking techniques were employed to carefully elevate the settled concrete slabs back to their original design elevation and alignment.
Pool Deck Stabilization
During the slab stabilization process, PolyLevel®, an expanding polyurethane foam, was strategically injected beneath the concrete slabs. As it expands and cures, the foam fills subsurface voids, restoring structural support and enhancing long-term slab stability.
Concrete Slab Void Fill
The remaining sections of the pool deck were treated with PolyLevel® injection to address underlying voids, restore uniform support, and mitigate the risk of future settlement.
