The concrete patio had settled below the surrounding grade, causing it to collect and retain water during heavy rainfall.
Patio Lift and Pitching
To correct the drainage issue, our team utilized PolyLevel®-a high-density polyurethane foam injected beneath the slab-to lift and stabilize the concrete by filling underlying voids that led to the initial settlement. The patio was then carefully re-leveled and properly pitched to promote positive drainage, effectively directing water away from the home and preventing future pooling.
Concrete Sealing
Once the concrete was properly leveled, SealantPro® was applied to the surface to create a durable, protective barrier. This advanced sealant penetrates the concrete to guard against moisture intrusion and chemical damage, significantly reducing deterioration and extending the lifespan of the slab.
