Damaged Concrete
The concrete at the garage entrance had deteriorated, exhibiting brittleness, cracking, and subsidence. While our conventional approach involves the application of PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injected beneath the slab to stabilize, lift, and level it, the extent of the damage necessitated a more comprehensive solution. Consequently, the optimal course of action was to remove and replace the compromised concrete.
Preparing the Workspace
Concrete removal and repair can generate significant dust and debris. To safeguard personal belongings within the workspace, our crew implemented stringent protective measures, ensuring the environment remained as clean and orderly as possible throughout the process.
Concrete Removal
The deteriorating concrete was removed.
Metal Framing
Metal framing was employed to construct the concrete formwork, guaranteeing precise alignment and structural integrity during the pour.
Concrete Reinforced with Rebar
Rebar was meticulously positioned to enhance the structural integrity and durability of the concrete.
Concrete Pour
The concrete was then poured and leveled, seamlessly connecting the garage entrance to the asphalt driveway.
