Unlevel Garage Apron
The concrete adjacent to the garage apron had begun to settle, creating an unsightly appearance and raising concerns about vehicle access. This settlement is evidenced by cracks in the foundation floor, which, if not promptly addressed, could deteriorate further over time.
Slab Jacks
Our production team employed slab jacks to accurately position the concrete slabs, ensuring they are both level and properly pitched to prevent water accumulation in the garage. Subsequently, PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane foam, was injected beneath the garage surface to fill any voids, thereby providing permanent stabilization of the concrete structure.
Crack Repair
NexusPro, an advanced crack and joint sealant, was subsequently applied to seal all existing cracks. Distinguished by its UV-resistant properties, NexusPro ensures longevity by not drying and cracking. This effectively inhibits water infiltration through the sealed cracks, thereby providing enhanced protection against concrete deterioration.
