PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane foam, was injected beneath the sidewalk to fill subsurface voids and restore structural integrity. This expansive, fast-curing material effectively lifts, levels, and stabilizes the concrete, providing a durable and long-lasting solution that mitigates future settlement and enhances pedestrian safety.
NexusPro
NexusPro, a silicone-based joint sealant, was applied to all expansion joints and visible cracks to prevent moisture infiltration beneath the concrete slabs. By effectively sealing these entry points, the product mitigates erosion and soil washout-key contributors to slab settlement-thereby enhancing the long-term stability and durability of the sidewalk.
