A homeowner in Methuen Massachusetts, lives in a home that was built in 1756 and has lived in the home for 40+ years. For many years they have seen water and moisture entering the crawlspace through the fieldstone foundation. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist looked at the foundation and recommended installing Poly Level Wall Restoration to the inside foundation wall to prevent water from entering the crawlspace and basement.
A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 15 years. They have had pests and moisture issues in their crawlspace that they would like to solve. They reached out to an exterminator to get rid of the pests. This 3-season porch area had a crawlspace beneath it. The crawlspace was full of moisture and extremely damp, causing mold to form and leading to rot damage to the floor joists. Our EFS team replaced some damaged joists, supported the new floor system with SmartJacks, and encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace to protect the home against further rot or mold.
