This homeowner in Nahua, New Hampshire had a crack in their foundation. The crack goes through both inside and out. Senior Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa came to the home and inspected the crack and proposed a solution. Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his crew came to the home and sealed the inside and outside of the crack.
This homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire was experiencing their cinder-block foundation around their garage starting to crumble. They didn't want to wait any longer to fix the issue so they call Erickson Foundation Solutions. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and looked at the issues on their cinder-block foundation. John suggested to the homeowner they would benefit from having the Erickson team rebuilding their cinder-block foundation. Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team came to the home, tore down the old cinder blocks, and rebuilt the foundation with new cinder blocks.
The crawlspace on this home in Nashua, NH had a concrete wall with a large crack, which was all leaning in towards the top. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed PowerBrace wall supports to stabilize the wall, and can also be tightened over time to slightly straighten the wall. The cracks were then also sealed.
Bryanna D. of Nashua, New Hampshire had a crack in her basement since moving in 18 months ago. After a recent rainstorm water started coming in through the crack and she decided it was time to repair it. Bryanna called Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if they could repair the crack in their basement. Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to the home and inspected the crack as well as the rest of the basement. He suggested the use of a Crack Seal to stop the crack from leaking and to conceal the crack. Also, Michael suggested a Crack Monitor to see if the crack is continuing to get bigger or not.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home and sealed up the crack and installed the Crack Monitor.
Bryanna was relieved that the crack was sealed and that no more water would be coming into her basement.
The homeowner of this property wished to replace a failing lally column in their garage. The existing column was corroding and effecting the integrity of the structural beam up above. Erickson Foundation Supportworks replaced it with a SmartJack. In this view, the concrete around the base is still curing, and the surface will still be smoothed out.
