A homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire, recently purchased their home and an inspector conducted a pre-purchase inspection before the purchase. The inspector found that the front porch was settling. The homeowner wanted to make sure to keep the condition of their home good for the future. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing Helical Piers to replace the old support under the porch.
The owner of a business in Londonderry, New Hampshire, had their basement flood a couple of years ago. After the water was pumped out of the basement, the main floor of the business was left bouncy as if the floor would give out. The owners of the business decided to call EFS and our Design Specialist recommended installing 87 SmartJacks into the basement to stabilize the main floors.
This homeowner in Litchfield, NH had a crack in their foundation that needed to be sealed. The homeowner didn't want any water entering through the crack and making it a bigger problem than it already was. They called Erickson Foundation Supportworks who had done work for them in the past.
Michael Lamalfa a Design Specialist at Erickson Foundation Supportworks went to the homeowner's house and looked at the crack. He inspected the crack and figured out a plan of attack for the team lead to come in and fix the issue. Scott Crandall was the team lead on this project and he and his team were able to seal the crack.

Overall the homeowner was happy with the results of the crack being sealed. They don't worry about water getting inside anymore.
