EZ Post Deck Piers, Gilford, NH

This sunroom addition was installed on posts and concrete pillars in the ground. Overtime, the addition began to settle due to the unstable soils around the pillars. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed EZ Posts beneath the sunroom to stabilize and slightly lift the addition back to level.

Foundation Wall Crack Leaking, Epsom, NH

A homeowner in Epsom, New Hampshire, had concerns with their foundation wall and water entering their basement. The foundation wall was leaning and had a crack in it that allowed water to enter the basement. The homeowner reached out to EFS for a free inspection. Our design specialist inspected the home and recommended installing Geolocks and a perimeter drainage system in the basement.

Push Pier Installation, Epsom, NH

This homeowner in Epsom, New Hampshire had a crack in their foundation. EFS came out to the home and inspected the crack and recommended using Push Piers to stabilize the foundation. The EFS crew arrived at the home and installed Push Piers on the foundation of the home.

Supporting a Leaning Foundation Wall, Auburn, NH

This foundation wall on a home in Auburn, NH had a large crack near the inside corner. Over the years, pressure from the soils on the exterior pushed against the wall, eventually cracking it and causing it to lean visibly inwards towards the basement. Our team designed and installed a wall stabilization solution using PowerBrace brackets. These steel, wall stabilization supports are a permanent solution that will prevent the bowing wall from leaning in any further. They are anchored to the concrete floor below, as well as to the floor beams and joists above. Rather than waiting for the problem to get worse, these homeowners took action and now have peace of mind that their foundation wall is not going to bow or collapse.
