Foundation Problems Before & After Photos

Our team inspected the home and recommended installing lally columns and SmartJacks into the crawlspace.   

Tthe homeowner in Dracut, MA faced significant foundation issues: a cracked, inward-leaning garage and an unstable retaining wall, both of which threatened structural stability. To address these challenges, we applied our expertise by installing seven GeoLock Wall Anchors. Using five anchors for the garage and two for the retaining wall, we stabilized the situation. This robust solution now holds both walls securely in place, as evident in the after photo, effectively restoring stability, enhancing long-term property value, and providing assured peace of mind.

This homeowner in Windham, NH had a crack in their foundation wall, which had been patched over the years, but still let in moisture. They needed a more permanent fix. We sealed the crack with a polyurethane injection, which expands inside the crack as a foam and reaches far into the cravice to prevent the water from coming through. The surface of the crack is then coated with an epoxy to add an extra layer of protection. This two part system guarantees no further moisture will come in through the foundation crack.
