Replacing Crawlspace Supports, Greenville, NH

The crawlspace on this home in Greenville, NH was full of moisture and was very damp. Over the years, the wood beams and columns supporting the floor above became rotten, which eventually meant the floor above began sagging. This before and after highlights replacing a failing, rotten wooden beam with one of our steel I-beams. The SmartJacks are installed beneath these steel beams.
