In Manchester, NH, our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions tackled a challenging rental property issue. The homeowner contacted us due to a bowing wall and occasional leaks in their partially finished basement, significantly impacting the property's value and tenant satisfaction. As displayed in the photos, we reinforced the area using our PowerBrace system to stabilize the foundation walls securely. In addition, we installed WaterGuard around the basement's perimeter to guide water seepage efficiently to the existing sump pump, ensuring a dry and trustworthy rental space.
This homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire, had cracks in their foundation that were causing them to be concerned of a collapse. They decided it was time to repair the cracks. The homeowners met up with David Cormier from Erickson Foundation Supportworks and they decided to stabilize the foundation with GeoLocks. Crew Lead Josh Provost and his team dug out the middle of the garage to install the Geolocks to bring the foundation inward to stop the foundation from shifting. After the Geolocks were installed and tightened, the crew then sealed all the cracks to permanently secure the foundation.
A homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire purchased their home last year in 2021 and was looking to start repairing the home. Since they purchased the home last year they have noticed sagging in the floors on the main level. They have also seen the fieldstone foundation begin to bow out. We planned on using the SmartJacks to stabilize the sagging floors of the home, pour a new slab in the basement to cover the dirt floor, and install the Auxiliary Walls to add support to the fieldstone foundation wall.
A home in Bedford, New Hampshire, was built in 1958, and the front left side of the home needed to be lifted and stabilized. The owner of the home decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing Helical Piers to the front left of the home to stabilize the foundation and the chimney.
Our production team installed 12 Helical Piers to the foundation and the chimney to stabilize the home.
