This homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire was experiencing leaking around their bulkhead. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and looked over the bulkhead and basement area to diagnose a problem. Paul concluded that the somewhere between the bulkhead and the foundation is where water is entering the basement. So Paul proposed that Erickson installs a new bulkhead and make sure that it is sealed so water can't get in. Crew Lead Jon Provost and his crew came to the home, installed the new bulkhead, and attached and sealed it to the foundation to ensure that water won't leak into the basement anymore.

A homeowner in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, reached out to EFS because they were worried about the wooden supports in their basement. Their home was built in the early 1900s and they are worried the supports were the original supports. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended installing 4 SmartJacks and a 24' Supplemental Beam into the basement to lift, level, and stabilize the floor system of the early 1900s home.

A homeowner in Epsom, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 30 years. 2 years ago the homeowner's son-in-law noticed some lateral movement in the foundation that had caused some cracking in the foundation. The son-in-law is supposed to inherit the home once his mother-in-law is no longer fit to take care of the property and he wanted to make sure the home was in good standing order for when that time came.

This homeowner in Auburn, New Hampshire has noticed that their foundation wall is leaning. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection. 

A Design Specialist arrived at the home and inspected the foundation wall to assess the severity of the foundation issue. The Design Specialist came up with a solution that would stop the foundation from leaning. The solution that was proposed to the homeowner was to build a retaining wall against the foundation wall. 

Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and installed the new retaining wall that attaches to the existing leaning foundation wall. The retaining wall extends the length of the leaning foundation wall to stabilize the wall.
