A homeowner in Chichester, New Hampshire had lived in their home for the past 20 years and this year had a tree fall on the corner of their home. The homeowner contacted their insurance provider and they processed their claim and recommended they call a company to get their home repaired and the insurance will pay for it. The homeowner searched for the best company to repair their foundation and they found EFS. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing and removing the damaged section of the foundation and replacing it with a new Masonry Wall. 

This homeowner recently purchased their home in Hudson, New Hampshire. During the pre-purchase inspection of their home, the inspector noticed some cracking in the foundation wall in the garage and the basement. They became worried about the cracks and called EFS for a free inspection. 

A design specialist inspected the garage and basement and found that the cracks are caused by hydrostatic pressure. The design specialist recommended installing PowerBraces against the wall and then sealing the cracks in the wall.
