Four months ago we had Erickson completely replace a 100-yr old foundation, and it was the best experience I've ever had working with a contractor. Everyone did what they said they would, on time, and well. John diagnosed and presented the solution well, Nathan was a competent no-drama project manager, and Joe the mason and his crew were exceptional, working fast and well to replace the foundation and (better than expected) clean up afterwards. If you need a foundation replaced, give these folks a call.

These people were extremely professional. They fit us in two weeks earlier than expected, decided we did not need some of the quoted services and therefore deducted from the final payment and finished in 2 days instead of the four estimated.

Chris was incredibly helpful from beginning to end, professional and pleasant to work with. I had a lot of questions about what is going on with our foundation and the pros/cons of various remedies. He took the time to really understand what was going on and answer my questions. It is fantastic and all too rare to have a consult like the one I had with Chris.

Great job from start to finish from all at Erickson. You fixed the problem at a reasonable cost, where other contractors would only demo the entire wall and rebuild it, involving a lot more work and more money.
