Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Wayland, MA conducted multiple radon gas tests in their home. One test revealed radon levels at 6 picocuries per liter, surpassing the Environmental Protection Agency's safety threshold of 4 picocuries per liter, thereby necessitating the installation of a radon mitigation system. Another test indicated radon levels at approximately 3 picocuries per liter, which is below the safety limit. Radon, a hazardous gas linked to health issues such as lung cancer, can fluctuate within a home due to various factors. These variable radon levels raised concerns for the homeowner, prompting them to seek a reliable solution. We installed our radon mitigation system, ensuring their home was safeguarded and providing the homeowner with the peace of mind they desired.

This homeowner in Gilmanton, New Hampshire was experiencing high Radon levels in their home. The levels in their home were at 23 pCi/L in the basement of the single-family home. Design Specialist Jason Vachon came to the home and proposed to install a Radon Mitigation System in the basement. 

Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team came to the home and installed a custom Radon Mitigation System for the home. Once the Radon System was turned on the radon levels instantly started to fall.

Sharron P. of Candia, New Hampshire wanted to get her partially-finished basement tested for radon. Sharron called EFS about having someone come out to her home to test for radon. EFS Design Specialist David Cormier came to the home and tested for radon in the basement. The results of the test came back high at 15 pCi/L. David proposed that Sharron have EFS install a radon mitigation system in their home.

This homeowner in Pelham, New Hampshire has been living in their home for 30 years and has recently been concerned with radon. The homeowner decided to test for radon in his home. The test occurred in the finished area of the basement where the homeowner's son lives. The test results came back at 12 pCi/L. The homeowner decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez arrived at the home and inspected the basement. He designed a radon mitigation system specifically for this home.

The homeowner plans on transforming the basement into a living space. The homeowner would like to protect his family from inhaling bad air if possible.
