Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Brentwood, New Hampshire has had a long-term digital radon reader in their basement for a while and has found that the radon levels in the basement fluctuate from 6.5-8.0 pCi/L. The homeowner called EFS about a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael Bradley thoroughly inspected the home. Michael designed a radon mitigation system specifically for this home.

A homeowner in Exeter, New Hampshire, had high radon levels in their home. The homeowner's kids were moving out and planned to remodel the house and finish their basement but they wanted it to be a safe space. They decided to call EFS and our Design Specialist recommended installing a radon mitigation system in the basement to lower the radon levels.

This homeowner in Kensington, New Hampshire, had been living in their home for less than a week before calling EFS for a radon inspection. Our Design Specialist inspected the home and designed a radon system for the home. Our installation team installed the radon system into the home and lowered the levels in the home from around 5 pCi/L to approximately 0. 

This homeowner in Saugus, Massachusetts was experiencing high radon levels in their basement and wanted to install a radon mitigation system in their home. The current levels in the home are 4-6 pCi/L. Design Specialist Chris Greenwood came to the home and looked in the basement to see the best place to install the Radon Mitigation System. Chris drew up a design for the radon system and gave them to Brendan.

Crew Lead Brendan Edwards and his team came to the home and installed the Radon Mitigation System into the basement. After the Radon Mitigation System was installed the levels were reduced to an acceptable level.
