Our first time using Erickson Support Works. The entire experience was stellar. Paul from the site analysis team was extremely competent and customer focused. He did a great job analyzing our problems, discussed various solutions, and mapped out a design that met our needs and budget. I can’t say enough about the implementation team. Nick and his crew were courteous, professional, and very conscientious. Nick was on site for 2 days, and kept us informed every step of the way. They showed a great attention to detail and cleaned up the affected areas amazing well when they were all done. The office staff is pleasant and professional. Overall, we really felt taken care of and have the piece of mind that a great company stands behind their work. Highly recommended !

I hired Erickson for a radon system. All the pros in my area charged about the same price for one. Erickson differed because of the knowledge they shared and they are also one of the few places that have a 10-year warranty. I paid a little more for the 10-year warranty system and I am glad I do not have to worry about one thing in my house for a while now. The team came in and installed my system in just under 3 hours. They were professional and respectful. All in all, I think I made the right decision choosing Erickson.

Installed a radon remediation system. Was originally quoted to have two holes in my foundation to remove it all, but after some investigation they found that I only needed one. Saved me a chunk of money, and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend them!

Erickson put in a new radon system and sealed my basement cracks.  Pre-work, my radon levels were above the dangerous level of +4.  After the work it is under 1 and a safe constant level.  Also, a part broke ~6mos in and Erickson was prompt to repair at no charge.  Justin, their tech, was professional and pleasant to work with.  Recommended.
