Throughout the community, the concrete slabs were sinking and settling, ultimately forming trip hazards and looking unsightly. Replacing all of the concrete would be expensive, as well as messy, and so they were hoping for an alternative method to fix their problem. 

Our design specialist, Mark Proctor, inspected the various sidewalks and walkways they were concerned with, and proposed lifting, leveling, and stabilizing them with PolyLevel. This unique solution is a polymer foam which effectively fills all the voids beneath the concrete, allowing the concrete to raise to the desired height, or simply be stabilized and protected against any future settlement issues. The community and HOA were pleased to hear of this alternative method for repairs and chose our team for the project. 

On the scheduled day for repairs, our team showed up and completed their walkthrough to reconfirm all the sections of sidewalk and walkway they were going to fix for the community. The first step for the production team involved highlighting all the drill locations where they would be injecting the PolyLevel material. After drilling their port holes, the foam was injected as needed and immediately results were seen. The various sections that had trip hazards were fixed, and the community had safe walkways for the homeowners and their guests once again.
