The corner of this homes foundation had a large crack. Erickson Foundation Supportworks sealed it with a polymer injection foam, as well as a polyurethane epoxy on the surface.
The homeowner of this property wished to replace a failing lally column in their garage. The existing column was corroding and effecting the integrity of the structural beam up above.
