Design Specialist Jason Vachon arrived at the home and inspected the basement. Jason recommended installing a radon mitigation system and CleanSpace into the basement. 

In Meredith, NH, a 40' foundation wall was compromised due to a crane parking incident, showing prominent horizontal and stairstep cracks as seen in the initial photo. We addressed these concerns with our PowerBrace and GeoLock Wall Anchor systems, complemented by our StableLock auxiliary wall. Note in the enhanced photo, the wall's restored stability and reinforcement. Despite septic limitations restricting some GeoLock installations, our innovative solutions effectively stabilized the wall, ensuring long-term safety and integrity for the homeowner. This effective integration reversed detrimental damage, securing property with reliable durability.

In Southborough, MA, this homeowner faced a perpetually wet dirt basement, hampering effective storage and compromising structural integrity with failing wooden support posts. To resolve this, we skillfully installed a comprehensive system: WaterGuard®, TripleSafe™ Sump Pump, UltraSump System, and IceGuard, coupled with SmartJack®. These systems were incased with a concrete floor pour. Our method permanently addressed the root causes of moisture and instability, as seen in the after photo, resulting in a dry, structural sound space with a concrete foundation fit for storage.

In Mendon, MA, a commercial property was struggling with dull and cracked concrete, detracting from its curb appeal.
