In Nashua, NH, a homeowner faced a challenge with a leaking corner of their basement, putting their renovation plans on hold. As you can see, we implemented a comprehensive solution by installing our advanced WaterGuard drainage system alongside the UltraSump System and IceGuard. This homeowner was experiencing the concrete blocks around their bulkhead start to shift drastically. The blocks started to be pushed inward and were starting to let water in. Design Specialist Nate Erickson came out to the home and observed the affected areas of the home and concluded that the bulkhead needed to be redone. Nick Carelli and his team came to the home and rebuilt the block stairs that led up to the bulkhead from the basement. The team also installed a brand new bulkhead door.
