The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing Geolocks to the foundation wall to stabilize it. Our team installed 7 Geolocks to the foundation wall and into a trench in the wall to stabilize the wall and prevent more cracks from forming in the wall. 

A home in Nashua, New Hampshire, had temporary supports in their basement that have been installed for years. The homeowner was planning on finishing their basement and wanted to replace the temp supports with something stronger. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist looked over the entire basement and recommended installing 6 SmartJacks under the main beam.

We recommended installing a perimeter drainage system to collect any water and pump it out of the basement. Our installation team installed the system and was able to eliminate the water concerns in the basement. 

A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire recently bought a new furnace and wanted to waterproof the basement to protect it. The homeowner also wanted to use the basement area for storage, and insisted on making sure that the belongings would be kept safe. Our team was happy to evaluate the situation and offer a permanent solution to the problem.

Our Design Specialist recommended installing a full waterproofing system, composed of our TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The WaterGuard drainage system can be seen in the attached after photo. This system is installed at the perimeter of the foundation and safely collects water before entering the basement. The system then delivers the water to the sump pump. The sump pump then disposes the water out of the home through an exterior drainage line. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed to keep moisture out of the basement and provide a comfortable and healthy climate.

With these systems working together, a fully waterproofed basement is created. The new furnace, along with all the other belongings in the basement, will be kept dry and protected.
