Erickson Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Hudson, New Hampshire, administered a home radon test and the results came back at 4.3 pCi/l. Design Specialist Brian Allen came to the home and designed a radon system for the homeowners. Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team installed the radon system into the home.

A resident of Hudson, New Hampshire was experiencing cracking and sinking of their garage floor. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a repair. Nate Erickson came out to the home and inspected the garage. He found that there is a considerable void under the garage floor that is allowing it to sink. He proposed the use of PolyLevel to fill the void and the use of Resurface Pro to give the garage floor a brand new look. 

This homeowner in Hudson, New Hampshire had radon gas present in their basement. They did not have a radon mitigation system but wanted to hear about installing one. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Chris Greenwood dropped off a CRM test. A couple of days later Chris conducted his inspection and recommended installing a radon mitigation system in the home.

This owner of a condo in Hudson, New Hampshire had planned on selling their condo. They recently had the condo tested for radon. The results of the radon test were at 13.9 pCi/L. The owners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the condo and recommended installing a radon mitigation system. The owners are selling the condo and wanted to make sure it was safe for the next person who purchased the condo. 

This homeowner in Hudson, NH wants to make sure she forever home is in good condition. She called EFS to have them come and look at a crack in the exterior of the foundation. In the future, she would like to redo the living room.

Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected the crack on the outside of the home, then continued to inspect the inside of the home. While in the dirt basement, Kenny noticed that the lally columns were starting to lean slightly and didn't seem to have a great base to stand on.  Kenny recommended installing SmartJacks and sealing that crack in the foundation. 

Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his crew arrived at the home and installed 5 SmartJacks into the basement and then sealed the crack in the foundation.
