The homeowners met with our Design Specialist and they recommended installing 6 SmartJacks and 2 Supplemental Beams under the floor of their addition to add stability.

Their home was built in the early 1900s and they are worried the supports were the original supports. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended installing 4 SmartJacks and a 24' Supplemental Beam into the basement to lift, level, and stabilize the floor system of the early 1900s home.

The walkway at this home in Narraganset, RI had sunken several inches, and a large trip hazard had formed where it met a set of stairs. The homeowner decided it was time to get this fixed before somebody tripped and got hurt. Our team was able to lift this section of concrete several inches up using slab jacks and PolyLevel. After the lifting process, the walkway was much safer, and the homeowner had peace of mind. 

This homeowner in Epsom, New Hampshire had a crack in their foundation. EFS came out to the home and inspected the crack and recommended using Push Piers to stabilize the foundation. The EFS crew arrived at the home and installed Push Piers on the foundation of the home.
