This homeowner purchased a vacation home in Bartlett, New Hampshire. After using the home for most of the summer they noticed that the basement was collecting condensation. They became worried about the times that they weren't in the home and water potentially flooding into the basement. To clear their conscience the homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Sharron P. of Candia, New Hampshire wanted to get her partially-finished basement tested for radon. Sharron called EFS about having someone come out to her home to test for radon. EFS Design Specialist David Cormier came to the home and tested for radon in the basement. The results of the test came back high at 15 pCi/L. David proposed that Sharron have EFS install a radon mitigation system in their home.

Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team came to the home and installed the Radon Mitigation System. 

A homeowner in Candia, New Hampshire, had water entering their basement from two different corners. They called EFS for a free inspection of their basement.
