A homeowner in Lexington, Massachusetts has lived in their home since the late 1970s. This home is their forever home so they have been repairing and upgrading things since they purchased it. This year they wanted to address the crawlspace. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace. Our Specialist looked at the crawlspace and recommended installing CleanSpace, Rim Joist Insulation, SmartJacks, and an Everlast Crawlspace Door into the crawlspace.
Before, this Newton, MA homeowner faced a walkway with trip hazards and unnerving sunken spots, not to mention the severe cracks that screamed for attention (as you can see in the left photo). After calling us for help, we brought in the big guns - our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions. Now, notice in the right photo how smooth and hazard-free the walkway is, showcasing our commitment to providing a safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing path to their home.
After moving into their newly purchased home, these owners wished to make several upgrades and improvements. One of the first items they needed to fix were their uneven, sloping floors. The basement was full of temporary jacks and wood columns, which were not properly supporting the floor. This before and after shows the failing column supports and the SmartJack (warrantied) which replaced them.
A homeowner in West Newton, Massachusetts, lived in a 1920s home that has a stone foundation that lets moisture into the home. Our team sealed the foundation wall by spraying PolyLevel Wall Restoration over the stone.
This homeowner in Ossipee, New Hamshire was concerned with air quality in their basement. They spoke to Design Specialist Paul Magowan and Paul proposed a Radon Mitigation System to be installed in their home.
