A homeowner in Lexington, Massachusetts has lived in their home since the late 1970s. This home is their forever home so they have been repairing and upgrading things since they purchased it. This year they wanted to address the crawlspace. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace. Our Specialist looked at the crawlspace and recommended installing CleanSpace, Rim Joist Insulation, SmartJacks, and an Everlast Crawlspace Door into the crawlspace.

The basement was full of temporary jacks and wood columns, which were not properly supporting the floor. This homeowner in Ossipee, New Hamshire was concerned with air quality in their basement. They spoke to Design Specialist Paul Magowan and Paul proposed a Radon Mitigation System to be installed in their home. Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team came to the home and installed a radon mitigation system into their home. The radon system reduced the amount of radon in the air.
