A homeowner in Epping, New Hampshire, had moved into their 1950s home approximately 5 years and since day one they have seen water collecting in the basement. The homeowners reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement to find a solution to prevent water from seeping into the basement. After the conclusion of the inspection, our Design Specialist recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system. This includes WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe sump pump, IceGuard, and 10' of Exterior Drainage Line.

This homeowner in Epping, New Hampshire had called EFS to address water concerns in their basement. During the installation of their new waterproofing system, our team notified the homeowner that the block foundation wall in the basement was leaning inward. Our team recommended installing 4 PowerBraces against the foundation wall to stabilize and gradually straighten the foundation walls.

This condo complex had structural issues due to bowing walls and sagging beams in the basement. In the first photo, you can see how the wall bows out at the bottom of the wall and the sagging beams at the top. After Erickson Foundation Supportworks completed the job, you can see in the second photo the added PowerBraces and new SmartJacks that were added. With these added features, the wall is now permanently stabilized and won't ever move again.

This homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts tested their home for radon and the test results came back at 3.5 pCi/l. They called Erickson to come out to their home. Design Specialist Jason Furrey came to the home and inspected where they could install the Radon Mitigation System. After Jason found a place for the system to be set up he passed the plan onto the crew lead, Scott Crandall. Scott Crandall and his team installed the Radon Mitigation System into the home. 

This homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts was experiencing stair-step cracks in their foundation wall. Our design specialist proposed Push Piers to strengthen the foundation and if possible, get some lift to offset the settlement. Our production team successfully installed the piers as needed and fully stabilized the home against any future settlement. The owners had peace of mind that the stair step cracks would no longer be an issue, and their home was protected against settlement concerns.
