The owner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist Keith recommended installing a WaterGuard system and a SuperSump into the finished portion of the basement to prevent water from entering the basement.

Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended replacing the supports and installing Helical Piers under the porch. Our Installation Team arrived at the home and installed 3 Helical Piers under the porch and stabilized the floors.

This homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts was looking to sell their home. The homeowner had two small cracks in their foundation wall that they would like sealed before they show their home. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection.
