This homeowner in Kensington, New Hampshire, had been living in their home for less than a week before calling EFS for a radon inspection. Our Design Specialist inspected the home and designed a radon system for the home. Our installation team installed the radon system into the home and lowered the levels in the home from around 5 pCi/L to approximately 0. 

A resident of Exeter, New Hampshire, was faced with the recurring issue of water entering their basement. Tired of constantly cleaning up the mess, they contacted EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist, Victor Tapia, met with the homeowner and conducted a thorough inspection of the basement. Victor suggested the installation of TripleSafe, WaterGuard, and SaniDry to effectively prevent water from seeping into the basement.

A home in Brentwood, New Hampshire, was built in 2003 and has cracks in the foundation walls. The cracks were allowing water into the basement. The homeowners called EFS for an inspection of their home and our Design Specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system, FlexiSpan, and Crack Injection to stop water from collecting inside the basement. 

The owner of a late 1800s home in Exeter, New Hampshire, had reached out to EFS for an inspection of their crawlspace. They were concerned with the supports and their ability to hold up the floor system. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and looked in the crawlspace. They recommended replacing the supports with 3 SmartJacks and a 12-foot supplemental beam. Our team installed the new supports and the homeowners were very happy they don't have to worry about the floor system. 

When our Exeter, NH homeowner noticed their fieldstone foundation wall crumbling, they knew it was time to call in the experts - us! Notice in the before photo the unsettling gaps and wear. Our solution? An auxiliary wall installation, clearly capturing the transformation in the after photo.
