The current levels in the home are 4-6 pCi/L. Design Specialist Chris Greenwood came to the home and looked in the basement to see the best place to install the Radon Mitigation System. Chris drew up a design for the radon system and gave them to Brendan.

Crew Lead Brendan Edwards and his team came to the home and installed the Radon Mitigation System into the basement. After the Radon Mitigation System was installed the levels were reduced to an acceptable level.

Daniel D. of Saugus, Massachusetts was looking to repair his pool deck. The pool deck has some cracks and blemishes in it that he wants to be repaired. Daniel called EFS to see if they could repair his pool deck. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and inspected the pool deck to see what specifically Daniel would like to be done. After gathering up what Daniel wanted, John proposed that the crew seal the cracks in the concrete and then resurface the whole deck to give it a nice new look.

The Push Piers will stabilize the foundation by sending 3' sections of galvanized steel beneath the home until sufficient pressure was achieved.
