A home that was built in 2020 has had a leak coming from its bulkhead since they purchased the home. The homeowners called EFS for a solution to their problem. A Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended a fix. EFS recommended installing a Trenchlock Radon Sealed WaterGuard, a SuperSump, IceGuard, and Interior Drainage Line.

When the homeowner saw the results of the test and looked up what healthy levels were in a home they decided they would need a professional's opinion. If all the brown mud and muck (visible in the before picture) is not removed, eventually the system will clog or back-up. It's important to inspect the system once a year to avoid unwanted flooding.

We installed 3 SmartJacks into the basement to replace the brick columns to add support to the floor system of the home.
