In Somersworth, NH, a homeowner faced challenges with fieldstone foundation walls occasionally leaking, especially troubling after the basement dehumidifier failed, leading to puddles and condensation. Notice in the before photo how moisture threatened the integrity of the space. We provided a permanent solution by installing our WaterGuard system, channeling water to the SuperSump to maintain a dry environment, as seen in the after photo. IceGuard provides additional discharge security, while the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier ensures optimal humidity. This comprehensive approach leaves the basement clean and dry throughout the year.
Concerned by a 3-inch slope in their concrete pool deck away from the pool, a homeowner in South Weymouth, MA sought our expertise. The issue raised potential safety hazards and compromised the deck’s functionality. As you can see in the before photo, our team brought stability back to the deck using our PolyLevel® system. This precision-engineered solution lifted the slab, restoring its intended position. Afterward, we applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant to secure the surface against future erosion, providing a resilient, lasting result visible in the after photo.
This homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire has a fully finished basement and was concerned about the radon levels in the basement. They want to have clean air in the basement so they don't have to worry about the air they breathe down there. When a radon test was taken, their levels came back as 10-11 pCi/l. These levels are considered above normal and should be brought down to below 4 pCi/l.
The homeowner's called Erickson Foundation Supportworks to see about installing a Radon Mitigation System. Paul Magowan is a Design Specialist at Erickson Foundation Supportworks; he was able to come out to the homeowner's home and look at the options of installing a Radon System. Paul designed a system for their home and then passed his design to the Crew Lead for this project, Scott Crandall. Scott and his team were able to successfully install the Radon System into the homeowner's home. By doing so they reduced the radon levels to below 4pCi/l.
Overall the homeowners were happy with their radon system installation.
The picture shows what the exterior of the house looked like before and after the radon system was installed.

This homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire was experiencing deteriorating fieldstone in their investment property. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
A design specialist arrived at the home and inspected the basement. The design specialist recommended installing an auxiliary wall to the fieldstone foundation to stop the wall from deteriorating from the inside. The basement also needed masonry block repair and over 100' of Water Guard and a Super Sump to be installed.
