A condominium on Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, was experiencing a myriad of foundation issues. The foundation was cracking, shifting, and falling back into a marsh. Senior Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa came to the condo and examined all of the units and the surroundings of the building to gauge what repairs the building would need. He proposed that the first action item would be Geolock Anchors along the back wall and sides of the building.
Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team came and drilled through the concrete in each of the 10 units garages to install Geolocks from the back wall to the trench in the garage.
