Erickson Foundation Solutions provided unparalleled service, ensuring a stable and secure foundation for a lifetime.
In Ipswich, MA, a homeowner faced the all-too-common issue of a sinking front porch, resulting in a significant gap between the siding and the concrete slabs, as visible in the before photo. At Erickson Foundation Solutions, we utilized the PolyLevel® system to rectify this problem. Our precise application of high-strength polyurethane foam lifted and leveled the concrete slabs efficiently, as demonstrated in the after photo. Our solution not only restored the porch to a stable and even state but also reaffirmed our commitment to delivering permanent, quality results.
This Ipswich, MA basement struggled with water infiltration through cold joints, as the previous owner's DIY sump system couldn't keep up. In the before photo, the sump pump failed to effectively manage moisture, posing a risk of leaks and mold. Our Erickson Foundation Solutions team provided a comprehensive, professional solution. After efficiently implementing our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter, we installed the TripleSafe sump pump, along with IceGuard for outstanding freeze protection. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona was added to maintain ideal humidity levels. The result is a clean, dry and worry-free basement.
This homeowner in North Hampton, New Hampshire had an issue with sagging floors. They called Erickson to see what they could do to counter the effects of the sagging floors. John Prince was the Design Specialist on this project. In the basement under the sagging floors, he noticed that there weren't any supports of any kind. John suggested to the homeowner that they would benefit from SmartJacks in their basement. Our Erickson crew installed the new SmartJacks according to the design and permanently stabilized the floors.
The pictures show what the basement looked like without the SmartJacks and what the basement looked like with the SmartJacks installed.
This homeowner in North Hampton, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 18 years and spends a lot of time in the basement. They have recently uncovered a medical issue with their lungs and have become worried about the radon levels in their home. They think radon had something to deal with the health problem, so they reached out to EFS for a radon test and inspection. Our team performed a radon test, and the results came back with an average of around 14.5 pCi/L which was high. Next, our Design Specialist created a system that would mitigate as much radon as possible to get their levels down to below 4.0 pCi/L. Our team installed a single extraction point radon system and lowered the radon levels in the home to below 4.0 pCi/L.
