Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended installing SmartJacks in the basement to eliminate the sag in the main beams. Our installation team installed 4 SmartJacks under the two main beams in the basement. The team used the adjustable tops of the SmartJacks to lift the floor until it was level.
A homeowner in Hampton, New Hampshire, had concerns with their foundation settling. They reached out to EFS for someone to look at their foundation. Our Design Specialist recommended installing Push Piers under the foundation of the home to prevent the home from further settlement.

Our Installation Team installed 124' of WaterGuard to the perimeter of the basement and integrated the system into the existing TripleSafe. Now when water enters the WaterGuard the water will be guided to the TripleSafe and the sump pump will pump the water out of the home.
