This homeowner in New Boston, New Hampshire was experiencing water entering their basement through the bulkhead. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and suggested waterproofing the bulkhead. Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team came to the home and installed a waterproofing system on the bulkhead. They installed a waterproof barrier around the concrete bump-out that the bulkhead is resting on to ensure that no water can enter the basement through the bulkhead anymore. Then the crew installed a new bulkhead. 

A homeowner in New Boston, New Hampshire, has lived in their home since 2003. This spring/summer their neighbor stopped over and told them they were having a radon system installed in their home and recommended testing their home for radon. The homeowners use the basement for working out so they tested their home and the test came back with levels between 4-5 pCi/L. For added protection, a corner drainage channel was installed to intercept seepage along the wall-to-floor joint and direct it into the drainage system. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended installing 7 SmartJacks in the basement to eliminate the sagging and add support to the floor system. Our team installed the new supports and lift-up on the floor system to level them and stabilize them.
