This homeowner in Dunbarton, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for the past 8 years and had seen the roof of their covered porch sag in the middle. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection. We recommended replacing the supports with our Helical Piers with Porch Brackets to support the roof over the porch. We installed 7 Helical Piers under the roof to straighten the roofline and add support to it.
Over the years, the concrete deck surrounding this inground pool in Dunbarton, NH had settled and caused cracks to form. There were uneven areas throughout the surface, and the homeowner was looking for a contractor to fix it up for them.
Our concrete repair team used slab jacks and PolyLevel, to lift, level, and stabilize the areas of concern throughout the pool deck. Some of the voids were 3 inches, which were completely filled and successfully lifted the cracked and sunken slab. The cracks and joints will then be sealed to add further protection against water and settlement concerns.

Our homeowner faced a common dilemma – a leaky concrete crawl space set for storage, complicating their plans to convert their home into a cozy rental property. We introduced WaterGuard for unbeatable drainage, accompanied by our TripleSafe Sump Pump to efficiently expel water and added IceGuard to shield against freezing and clogging. The result, as seen in the after photo, is a dry, safe space perfected for storage and peace of mind for any future tenants. With our expertise, we've turned potential setbacks into a highlight feature of this rental property.
In the before photo, notice the sloping concrete pool deck in Dunbarton, NH, which had moved away from the pool, creating trip hazards and a visually unappealing look due to its proximity to surrounding brick patios. The PolyLevel system was expertly employed to address this issue. By drilling pea-sized holes and injecting high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the slab, the deck was skillfully stabilized, lifted, and leveled to its original position. The after photo showcases the restored safety and aesthetic appeal, demonstrating why Erickson Foundation Solutions is the contractor of choice for concrete repair services.
This early 20th century home in Concord, NH was originally built on large, loose field stone. Over the years, cinder blocks were added, beams were repaired, and temporary columns were placed throughout the basement space to assist in stabilizing the sinking floors.
Overtime, the floors and beams of the home settled and needed a more permanent solution to fix the problem. We installed 9 SmartJacks and some steel I-beams to strengthen the sagging floor and lift it back up a bit. This is a much more permanent solution with a 10 year warranty.
