In the before photo, notice the sloping concrete pool deck in Dunbarton, NH, which had moved away from the pool, creating trip hazards and a visually unappealing look due to its proximity to surrounding brick patios. The PolyLevel system was expertly employed to address this issue. By drilling pea-sized holes and injecting high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the slab, the deck was skillfully stabilized, lifted, and leveled to its original position. The after photo showcases the restored safety and aesthetic appeal, demonstrating why Erickson Foundation Solutions is the contractor of choice for concrete repair services.
This early 20th century home in Concord, NH was originally built on large, loose field stone. Over the years, cinder blocks were added, beams were repaired, and temporary columns were placed throughout the basement space to assist in stabilizing the sinking floors.
Overtime, the floors and beams of the home settled and needed a more permanent solution to fix the problem. We installed 9 SmartJacks and some steel I-beams to strengthen the sagging floor and lift it back up a bit. This is a much more permanent solution with a 10 year warranty.
This homeowner in Boscawen, New Hampshire had some unlevel and sagging floors in their home. Design Specialist Paul Magowan suggested using SmartJacks to permanently solve their unlevel and sagging floors. Crew lead Josh Provost and his team installed the SmartJacks and successfully stabilized the floor joists and beams supporting the first floor of the home.
A homeowner in Webster, New Hampshire had recently inherited their parent's home after they passed. The home had been in the family for 50 years and around 2018 the homeowner noticed a crack in the foundation wall underneath their breezeway entrance. The new homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their foundation wall. Our design specialist recommended installing PowerBraces on the foundation wall to prevent the wall from bowing any further.
The Police Department in Boscawen, New Hampshire, had water collecting in their garage from water runoff from their police vehicles. The police department reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their garage.
