In the before photo, notice the sloping concrete pool deck in Dunbarton, NH, which had moved away from the pool, creating trip hazards and a visually unappealing look due to its proximity to surrounding brick patios. This early 20th century home in Concord, NH was originally built on large, loose field stone. Over the years, cinder blocks were added, beams were repaired, and temporary columns were placed throughout the basement space to assist in stabilizing the sinking floors.
